Today I created a new instance for the open-meta.org app on Amazon. Mostly this was to add the RCurl package to R, which I needed to access the PubMed utilities online now that they require https:// rather than http://.
Amazon also has a new Amazon Linux image (2018.03.0). I’m happy to report that the v0.3 script worked without any changes other than adding RCurl to the list of packages to be installed (search for ‘RefManageR’) and add a comma and ‘RCurl’ right after it).
