An initial version of Open-Meta’s Stage 1 review software, called RCT, was written and tested last fall, but it only runs locally – that is, on the user’s computer, not on an online server.
While it is a goal of this project is to have everything online, I’ve begun the Stage 1 review by running the software on my own computer.
I also added a table to the previously blank Stage 1 Review – Analysis tab to track decisions and to display how many are left to review – now only 2,424.
